1. Information We Collect

· Account info: the email address, name, and profile picture provided when you sign in with Google.

· Learning activity: your progress and scores, sentences you write, and quiz/test records generated as you use the Service.

· Voice data: audio you record for pronunciation scoring is used to grade your speech; after processing, we mainly keep the scores and results.

· Inquiry info: the email address and message you send through the contact form.

· Device/usage info: minimal information such as device and browser details needed to operate the Service and diagnose errors.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. (the Merchant of Record). Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by Dodo Payments; Tokkly does not collect or store them. Tokkly only receives your subscription status (whether active, and its period).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to: sign you in and manage your account; provide and personalize learning features (your progress and reviews); score pronunciation; respond to inquiries; prevent abuse; and improve the Service.

4. Sharing and Processors

To run the Service we use infrastructure from trusted providers: ConnectBase (data storage and backend infrastructure), Dodo Payments (payment processing), and Google (sign-in).

AI processing (tutor, pronunciation scoring, etc.) runs on our own environment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep personal information until you delete your account or request deletion, and we destroy it without delay once its purpose is fulfilled — except where the law requires us to retain it for a set period.

6. Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your information at any time. To delete your account, please contact us.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to save settings (such as your interface and learning languages). You can clear this in your browser settings, which may reset your sign-in and preferences.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not primarily intended for children under 14. Children under 14 should use it only with the consent of a legal guardian.
